On screen, Gil has appeared across film, television and commercial projects. His work includes Bluebird AR, an ABC climate drama in which he plays a green tech billionaire navigating the ethics of large-scale environmental intervention. He also worked on Ridley Scott’s Alien: Covenant, gaining experience within a major international production.

His Australian screen work includes appearances across Seven Network, ABC and SBS, alongside national campaigns for Qantas, Virgin Australia and Myer. Gil’s theatre work includes leading roles in The Confessions of Jeremy Perfect (Flightpath Theatre), Stupid Fucking Bird (New Theatre), and Things Not to Do After a Breakup (Sydney Fringe Festival). His performances have been noted for their emotional range, clarity of thought, and ability to move between intensity and humour with ease.

Gil continues to work in both stage and screen while developing new projects, with a focus on complex, character-driven storytelling.
